Welcome to our property! To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions before booking. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which complement your short term rental Terms of Service.
1. Booking and Guest Requirements
• Only registered guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay. The maximum occupancy is 2 guests, including adults, children, and infants.
• Guests must provide valid identification upon request and be at least 18 years old.
• Bookings are non-transferable, and subletting or assigning the reservation is prohibited.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in: After 2:00 PM unless prior arrangements are made.
• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of $25 an hour subject to availability.
• Please follow provided check-in instructions
3. House Rules
• No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the property. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas only on the balcony. A cleaning fee of $200+ will be charged for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorised gatherings or loud noise after 10:00 PM are prohibited to respect neighbors and local regulations. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property tidy. Please wash dishes, dispose of trash in provided bins, and report any spills or damage immediately. A cleaning fee of $75 may be charged for excessive mess.
• Pets: Strictly No pets allowed. Unauthorised pets may incur a fee of $150.
• Property Care: Treat the property and its contents with respect. Do not remove items or rearrange furniture without permission.
4. Safety and Security
• Guests must comply with all safety instructions, including the use of smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. Emergency contact information and local emergency numbers are provided in the welcome guide.
• Secure the property when leaving by locking doors and windows. Report any security concerns immediately.
• The host is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
5. Damages and Liability
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Report any damages instantly via provided contact info
• Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest, directly, as applicable.
• Guests assume all risks associated with their activities on the property and agree to indentify the host for any liability arising from their actions.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
• Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy selected for this listing, Flexible. Review given cancellation policy for details.
• If new terms are introduced post-booking, guests may cancel within 36 hours for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for early departures or failure to comply with these terms.
7. Local Laws and Regulations
• Guests must comply with all applicable local laws, including noise ordinances and short-term rental regulations in Sydney.
• The host is not liable for guests’ failure to comply with local laws.
8. Communication
• All communication must occur through the provided contacts, such as messaging or calling for documentation and security.
• Guests should contact the host promptly with any issues or questions during their stay.
10. Termination of Stay
• The host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if guests violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or disrupt the neighborhood.
